OneNet PPO LLC Information

OneNet is a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company, a part of UnitedHealth Group, Incorporated. OneNet was founded in 1988 as Alliance PPO by Mid-Atlantic Medical Services, Incorporated (MAMSI), and quickly established itself as a leading PPO in the mid-Atlantic region. In 2004, MAMSI was purchased by UnitedHealth Group, and the Alliance name was changed to OneNet PPO to support efforts to expand the network beyond the Mid-Atlantic states. Today, the OneNet network includes over 70,000 physicians and health care professionals, and thousands of facilities across our service area. OneNet continues to expand its service area along with its network and service offerings. Along with our network for medical and behavioral health benefit plans, OneNet offers a popular Workers Compensation Network, as well as national Utilization Management services program and a national Dental PPO Network.
