OneCanopi Information

OneCanopi is a housing and community development organization serving Butler County, Ohio, built on a legacy of public service that began in 1938. Formerly Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority, we are carrying that legacy forward with a bigger vision for what housing can make possible. We create and preserve quality affordable housing, administer rental assistance, reinvest in properties and neighborhoods, support residents as they build greater stability and independence, and bring together partners who share our commitment to stronger communities. At OneCanopi, housing is more than a place to live. It is a foundation for opportunity, connection and what comes next. That is why our work reaches beyond the front door, connecting housing, development, resident support, property services and community partnerships under one canopy. We believe public service can be warm, responsive, ambitious and best in class. We believe the people and communities we serve deserve both dignity and excellence. And we believe stronger communities are built when people, partners and possibilities come together.
