One Strong Community Program Information

Welcome to the One Strong Community Program LinkedIn page! We are a community-based organization that focuses on providing educational, cultural, artistic, and economic development opportunities for the members of our community. In addition, our organization is committed to working collaboratively with other community organizations, colleges, and high schools to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all members. Our Out of School Time Program is licensed through the Department of Early Childhood Education and Care and offers before-school, after-school, and summer-time programming for youth members ages 5-13. Our before-school programming runs from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM, and our after-school programming runs from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. While we do not offer half-day care now, we provide summer-time care. Our One Strong Community Program also seeks to hold a 10-week Internship Program that offers career readiness, college research assistance, and tools necessary for future success planning for students outside of school hours. Our organization understands the importance of preparing students for the workforce and providing them with the resources needed to succeed in their chosen careers. Our organization is committed to providing educational resources and programming to the residents of our associated community. We partner with local college and career centers, high schools, colleges, and other community organizations and institutes of higher learning to achieve this goal.
