One River Power Sdn Bhd Information

One River Power is a Bumiputera Company was incorporated in Sabah on 9 November 2009. One River was incorporated mainly to undertake small hydro power generation plant project especially in Sabah. Any small hydro power generation plant that is found to be feasible will be developed under Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia, under the Feed In Tariff (FIT) program of the Sustainable Energy Development Authority of Malaysia (SEDA), which is under the administrative of Ministry of Energy, Green Technology and Water. In summary, One River Power will be responsible for the overall project which includes identifying of feasible review for such project, the engineering development and design, financing, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, ownership, operation and maintenance of the small hydro power generation plants and its related interconnection and communication facilities.
