Dr. Lavania has a passion for community involvement and is an active member of the North Fulton Wellness Alliance and Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. Anna Choi is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Georgia State University with honors for both her undergraduate and graduate programs in nursing. Before joining One Family Pediatrics, she worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Emory Saint Josephs Hospital. Anna has always had a desire to serve the pediatric population and loves to build relationships with her patients and their families. During her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time outdoors. The patient-centered medical home is a model of care that puts patients at the forefront of care. PCMHs build better relationships between patients and their clinical care teams. Obtaining this level of recognition means a practice has demonstrated that it meets required standards including utilization of evidence-based criteria, patient-centered care and information technology in the delivery of care to patients.
