Demeter House is a residential program serving women in comfortable environment. Pregnant women are accepted as well as mothers with one child up to 5 years of age. The OBOT, or Office Based Opioid Treatment, refers to the model of treatment that is facilitated in an outpatient setting rather than an inpatient or residential facility, located at our Counseling Center in Arlington. The Phoenix House Counseling Center provides outpatient services for adults and teens, including, PHP, IOP and OP.
