Established in 1997 H2O Pro, a Registered Training Organisation ( RTO Number 5057), has quickly grown to become one of Australia's leading providers of Pool Lifeguard training. The Company uses the many years of experience gained by its employees to develop and deliver training programs for Pool Lifeguards employed or seeking employment at swimming pools, and aquatic recreation facilities. The company also offers First Aid courses to general industry and the public. We offer Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) which is equivalent to a Level Two Workplace (or Senior) First Aid course. Individuals can book into our public courses or Groups can organise for a course to be conducted at your own venue for your staff. Our Pool Lifeguard and First Aid training programs are taught and assessed by experienced Trainers who understand the needs of our candidates and always try to make the learning an enjoyable process. Our emphasis is on the quality of our training, and for this reason we specialise in running small groups (Lifeguard courses have a maximum of 16 candidates) and all training is delivered on a "Face to face" basis (no on-line or pre-course workbooks). This year, 2017, we celebrate our 20th year of operations and are proud to be the oldest Victorian RTO delivering training for Pool Lifeguards. Our track record of over 25,000 lifeguards trained by our staff (no licensees or contractors) is a record we are proud of and which highlights our commitment to quality training.
