On.Corporate group was founded in Lisbon in the early 90s as a result of the willingness of legal, accounting and management professionals who decided to create joint value-added services for Portuguese clients and foreign companies interested in investing in Portugal. Since the beginning of its activity, the international vocation of the On.Corporate group has been well-known through the expansion of operations to Madeira, where it is currently one of the most important operators in the scope of the International Business Center of Madeira. In 2005, with over a decade of experience in the Portuguese market, the internationalization process was implemented through the start-up of operations in Africa, mainly advising and monitoring clients with investments in Angola and Mozambique.
