On-the-Go Training Information

Two thirds of the time we spend communicating at work is talking. Which means a significant part of our performance comes back to our ability to have effective, everyday conversations. Or what we like to call On-the-Go conversations. From feedback discussions, coaching conversations and ‘motivating your team’ talks, to navigating difficult interactions with others. These are the hundreds of exchanges that we rely on everyday. And yet many of us avoid, worry about, or struggle with these kinds of communications. Improving these skills can have a big influence on how we lead, manage and collaborate effectively with others. Our On-the-Go programs cover: - Coaching - Feedback - Motivating Your Team We have two principles in how we manage the learning programs: 1. A 'NO BORING WEBINARS' APPROACH: Both our face to face and online programs are consistently rated 9/10 by participants. They’re fun, interactive and above all practical. Participants learn tools and techniques, engage in reflection and discussion, and most importantly, walk out of the session practiced and ready to have a better everyday conversation. 2. A FOCUS ON MICRO LEARNING Micro learning can increase learner engagement from an industry average of 15% up to 90% We believe change happens incrementally by building sustainable habits. We teach On-the-Go skills in bite sized chunks. This supports the science that human memory can only hold up to five new pieces of information before it gets lost or overwritten.
