Red Lantern is a movement to uplift the Human Spirit through the alchemy of flavour, hospitality and heart. We understand that the vitality of Vietnamese cuisine revolves around fresh produce. We are dedicated to retaining and complementing the flavour and freshness of the produce we use. We have embarked on a journey to promote ethical eating by using the freshest in local sustainable and organic produce. It is our dream to leave as light an environmental footprint as possible. Our family’s secret recipes, skills and techniques have been passed down to us. We have learned that above all, the sourcing of good produce, simplicity in presentation and preparation with the slowness of good omen should always be the core of our approach.

At Hanoi Hannah we create fresh Vietnamese hawker food, in a hustle and bustle atmosphere that resonates of our namesake city. Menu fixtures include traditional pho (choose from beef, chicken or mushroom); crisp salads, fresh rice paper rolls, banh mi, traditional grilled street food, plus innovative signatures like our tuna and wasabi rice paper rolls and pork belly sliders. We keep service friendly and fun, and the vibe upbeat. On a sunny Sunday afternoon you will find our resident DJ spinning hip-hop tunes while guests chill at our curbside tables with a delicious coconut rum. Our newly opened takeaway store, Hanoi Hannah Express Lane, two doors down, lives up to its name with speedy service for food lovers on the go.
