OMTRA, a family owned company now in its third generation, has been the pioneer in records information management in Italy for third parties since 1956. Furthermore, OMTRA specializes in consultancy, information governance, assessment, secure shredding of documents, electronic tools, fabrics and clothes.....not forgetting the media vault. OMTRA has been an active member of American Associations such as PRISM International, NAID (now merged under i-SIGMA) and ARMA since 1993, and recently Giovanna Spadoni (OMTRA Executive) has been appointed as the Chair of the PRISM Divisional Leadership Committee. The OMTRA philosophy has been to make the customer independent of the supplier, providing hybrid solutions and consultancy which enable them to grow their management and control of internal and external information, according to the established policies and procedures of information governance.
