Unlike closed networks tied to a single carrier, Omnibox is open by design: one set of lockers and collection points serving all delivery partners. That means lower last-mile costs for couriers, more convenient collection for shoppers, and a sustainable alternative to repeated home-delivery attempts. We also enable C2C (consumer-to-consumer) sending, turning every locker into a send-and-receive hub.
