Omini Information

Omini develops a multiplex point-of-care blood testing platform for chronic diseases, starting with heart failure. Our first product, CardioCap, is designed to measure four key blood biomarkers at once from a single fingerprick, to guide heart-failure therapy during the visit instead of waiting hours or days for lab results. The same reader is built to run new biomarker panels, so expanding to another chronic disease means developing a new test strip, not a new reader. Omini has been selected for HeartX 2026, the cardiovascular innovation and clinical accelerator powered by MedAxiom (an American College of Cardiology company) and HTA, and for MedTech Innovator 2026 (American Heart Association track).
