Business Description OMGfast currently is the second largest footprint for Multichannel Video and Data Distribution Service (MVDDS) services in the U.S., and began installation and execution in Florida in late 2011. MVDDS is a wireless broadcast method that uses microwave transmitters placed on communication towers to deliver broadband data to subscribers who have installed high-powered radio receivers. The OMGfast technology offers exceptionally fast download capabilities; up to 50Mbps and higher. OMGfast, with headquarters in Pompano Beach, plans to expand into other markets in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties throughout 2013 - 14. OMGfast has already added more than 60 employees in South Florida in 2012, and is currently recruiting additional sales, customer support and technical staff.
