Founded in 1960, OMEC is internationally renowned for its consolidated expertise and tradition in precision mechanics, distinctive elements that define its DNA since its origins. With a plant of over 5.000 m2, located in Brianza (Italy), OMEC's main activities focus on research, development, analysis, testing and business-to-business sales of aftermarket spare parts in the automotive sector. OMEC's primary objective is the quality of the offered service, through professional and punctual technical customer support. OMEC is notable for its Total Quality Management approach, consisting of the following steps: - Analysis and study of Original Equipment in its laboratory - Validation of the product - Production - Marking and traceability of all products - Post-production quality control - Customisation of packaging and logistics The laboratory is OMEC's flagship, together with its know-how and qualified and constant pre- and after-sales support provided by OMEC technicians' team that is a guarantee of a complete, reliable and accurate service. Various tests are carried out in the laboratory including: functionality, dimensional, structural, destructive tests, dynamic tests benches and engine. Following its vocation for quality, OMEC has achieved UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification. In addition, the laboratory complies with the procedures defined by TÜV Italy, in favour of maximum safety.
