Founder, Yannis Varellas, is 5th generation of a family business that has stone-milled grains in Greece for over 100 years. Employing this expertise, the DNA of our products is a unique blend of 4 grains (Lupine, Barley, Oats, and Spelt) -- the foundation of an ancient Greek diet 2,600 years ago. Honoring tradition, these are locally sourced, naturally milled, and crafted in Greece -- a process maximizing nutrients to provide sustained energy. At heart, we carry Aristotle’s belief that the key to happiness is balance. You’ll see this commitment reflected in the well-rounded nutritional profile of our products (low sugar, high fiber, prebiotics, zero artificial flavors).
