Olivepods, was founded in 2018 after many years leading SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content and ecommerce teams for large retail and online travel businesses. Olivepods offers coaching and digital marketing services whilst also building our own online assets. We do this by being a data-driven team of thinkers and doers, through a core set of consultants and a network of multi-discipline online marketing freelancers. We are a virtual team, a pod of experts, that scale up and down based on the needs of a project or client. Our main service offering centers around ecommerce optimisation, SEO, content strategy + production and social media marketing. We also provide additional services in performance marketing. We predominantly work on projects and clients in the online travel, retail and igaming sectors. We pride ourselves on taking a different approach to getting things done. We've embedded the Kanban way of working developed by Toyota. The key behind this is the mantra "stop starting and start finishing". We find that this way of working creates focus and accountability. Rather than following a typical waterfall project plan we assess and reassess regularly to understand the best path forward, focusing on the tasks we're confident will drive the biggest impact when iterating towards our goals.
