Olive & Loom specializes in artisanal home, gift, and lifestyle items inspired by the Mediterranean. We love the new and appreciate tradition. Our journey started in 2015 drawing inspiration from the wonderful Turkish Baths / Hamam rooted in the rich history of the Ottoman Empire. We began by developing relationships with independent fabric manufacturers to source and wholesale soul-made, hand-loomed Turkish towels in current styles and colors. We then completed our New Hamam experience with rich Olive Oil soap bars that are natural, moisturizing and soothing, and infused with wonderful fragrances. In 2019, we opened our first retail store in North Bethesda’s Pike & Rose center where we offer a variety of artisanal home and gift items inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle. We continue showcase the versatility of cotton enriched by bright sunny skies and warm breezes, and our new line of beachwear and accessories that help you step seamlessly from street to sand, then out again for a night on the boardwalk.
