Auto Magic Holdings opened for business some 14 years ago with one operation in Pretoria which was sold to the very first Franchisee very soon thereafter.
For several years thereafter Hein Scheffer developed repair and electronic data capturing and management systems. During this period growth was fairly slow, but during 2007 the Franchise concept became well known for its success and very soon all major metro area open points were sold.
Auto Magic Franchisees now repair over 4000 vehicles every month in South Africa and via our Authorized agent concept we are confident that number will grow substantially in the next few years.
The Auto Magic repair concept is unique in the South African motor body repair industry.
Repair work is directed from the Franchisor to the Franchisee, using client choice/convenience and this allows Auto Magic to monitor each and every job as it progresses through the repair cycle.
Each assessment, which is offered free of charge to contracted Insurers and Brokers is checked thoroughly by our internal assessors and in this way we ensure fair an accurate pricing.
Our electronic data system tracks turn-around times and we are able to further reduce the overall cost of repair by ensuring now waste in rental car usage.
