Oldhouse Information

The next HOA Quarterly Board Meeting will be held on 9/17/2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Petersen's home (9508 Oldhouse Drive) Cars are continuing to run stop signs in our neighborhood. Please slow down and fully stop at our intersections. Neighbors are walking! Remember to clean up after your pets. Our Oldhouse Run Neighborhood Watch Committee (NWC) is up and running. Our committee was developed to encourage neighbor involvement to deter crime by early detection. Neighbors volunteer to become extra eyes for the police we are not vigilantes. We request that you report crimes and suspicious behavior, people or situations (not only to 911) but also to block captains who can disseminate that information to police and the rest of Oldhouse Run to make neighbors aware of any patterns that are beginning to arise. I would like to introduce you to your Neighborhood Watch Block Captains: If you have any questions or are interested in becoming a block captain for Oldhouse Drive, Boardman Lane or January Court please contact me at 314-5579. Your Homeowners Association exists to promote and preserve the wonderful living environment of Oldhouse Run. This includes holding social events, maintaining common areas and other tasks that benefit the majority of our residents. It does not have authority to arbitrate differences between neighbors or usurp county police or regulatory functions. If you have issues with dogs, cats, unkempt lawns, deteriorating properties, etc. please approach your neighbor directly (with documentation), then escalate to proper county authorities as needed.
