We began with a single vision shared between 10 brothers. Originally, we opened our doors as Sunshine Grounds Care in 1987. As time passed and more brothers joined in the project, it became a widely recognized brand built on the principles of excellent workmanship, customer satisfaction, and real care. The Grounds Guys was transformed with help from The Dwyer Group in 2010, and since then has exploded nationwide with more than 180 franchise locations around the country. Despite these exciting developments, our original vision for hard work and value has remained the same.

For 130 years, Havergal has provided young women with an exceptional education in an environment that encourages both inquiry and curiosity, and celebrates community. In 1894, Havergal’s founding principal, Ellen Knox, defined the school’s mission with the question she posed to her students -- “What are you going to do?” That question continues to guide Havergal and its students through the challenges that come from a constantly changing world. Its influence is evident in our students and graduates to this day: women making a difference for good in the world by living their lives with purpose and as involved citizens.

Landscape Ontario's purpose is to advance the landscape profession. We serve 10 related sectors of Landscape/ horticulture. The association offers its 3,000+ member companies professional development opportunities, industry trade shows and conferences, advocacy, government relations, networking opportunities, standard setting, consumer events and cost saving benefits. Through the efforts of members, volunteers and staff, Landscape Ontario provides a unified voice for the horticulture industry in Ontario.
