Where a rented tool is worth replacing, we use Twenty for CRM, Mattermost for team chat, Chatwoot for support, and PostgreSQL underneath, on infrastructure dedicated to one client. We also connect to Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Google, Shopify, QuickBooks, and Airtable, and most clients keep those. Naming a platform describes compatibility, not a partnership. What you give up: owned software still has to be operated. Updates, backups, security work, and incident response do not disappear because a license is free. Self-hosting makes the exit realistic. It does not eliminate lock-in or operating cost, and you will hear that from us before you sign. Our prices are published rather than quoted on a call. A managed website is $3,500 to build and $99 per month to run. Website plus one automation is $7,500 and $500 per month. A connected growth system is $12,500 and $1,000 per month.
