OK2StandUP Inc., dba OK2Predict, is building motion intelligence for proactive patient safety. OK2Predict is designed to sit between wearable sensors and clinical workflows. The platform analyzes patient motion data, identifies meaningful movement patterns, and delivers real-time movement-intent signals to the systems and workflows care teams already use. Falls are our first use case. The OK2StandUP System supports fall-prevention workflows for adults at risk of falls due to unassisted bed exits. The system notifies trained care team members when a patient shows movement patterns consistent with an intent to sit up from a lying position, providing earlier movement insight within existing fall-prevention protocols. Our goal is to help care teams move from raw motion data to actionable clinical signals — not by adding more noise, but by giving staff timely information that supports awareness, prioritization, and trained clinical judgment. OK2StandUP is an FDA-registered Class I medical device under product code PJO and is intended to be used alongside established care processes and trained medical professional users.
