Based in Brooklyn, OK GIGS is a boutique staffing and connections agency that takes a cultural values approach to bringing people together. What is "OK" for both the client and the candidate? How do we make connections that will bring greater joy and longterm productivity to these relationships? Evolved staffing is no longer just about putting "butts in seats" but thinking in an innovative, entrepreneurial fashion around full-time vs freelance, partnerships and retention strategies, helping to make work life better for all involved. OK Gigs was founded by Jim Glaser who brings many years of retainer based executive recruiting and human resources roles along with extensive conscious-creative-community organizing experience and marries philosophies and strategies from both along with a network of collaborating co-recruiters to bring a unique form of staffing assistance to a variety of conscious companies. 'OK' references the Open Kulture communities project (in development) that embraces the tenets of a number of grass roots, participatory arts and activism movements with an emphasis on open source information exchange and 'keeping it real' while working with folks who get it.
