Open Joint stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (OJSC JSCB) "RUSSOBANK" is established in April 1993 in the form of closed type joint stock company. In June 1999 the Bank has changed its legal form and was reregistered as the Public Joint-Stock Company. RUSSOBANK occupies the building, which was constructed in the end of the 19th century according to the project of the Moscow architect Ivan Mashkov in one of the well-known and picturesque streets of the city - Plyuschikha Street. In result of seven emissions of the bank's shares its registered capital as of September 1, 2002 was 160,640 million rubles, including 25,37 % in the possession of legal entities; 74,63% in the possession of natural persons. The General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC JSCB "RUSSOBANK" has appointed the company with limited liability (OOO) "Alt-Audit" as the official auditor for 2007. In its activity the RUSSOBANK is directed on corporate customers and natural persons service and from the first day of its existence it aims at universality, offering the wide range of financial services to the customers.
