Oilforce is an online employment center for the oil & gas industry. We provide a free job hunting system and facilitate the recruitment process for oilfield related companies. We built Oilforce with the intent to create a system that is powerful yet simple enough for everyone to use. Job seekers have the ability to search for jobs where they meet the criterias required to apply. Companies offering job on the other hand get to filter applications to appropriate candidates only. At the same time, the system provides a way for corporations to actively search for candidates as well. The internet expands your search area from one city to the entire world. According to Internet Business Network, since 2005, 77% of people who are looking for a job use the internet to do so and that number has steadily increased.
