OIDS Information

Through consulting services, OIDS facilitates collaborations that foster innovation within organizations from startup to completion. In the initial stages of an innovation project, OIDS coordinates the search for strategic collaborators and all the startup administration processes. OIDS follows the project through its stages to enable a smooth experience for stakeholders and offer expertise in management, communications, and the administration of complex projects involving multiple parties. Among other mandates, OIDS administers 2 major provincial mobilizing projects, one major Canadian project, the Canadian Mobility and Aerospace Institute, the Montreal Aerospace Institutes, in addition to the development of INNODIRECT, a collaborative platform for businesses, and the offer of presentations about open innovation. For many, open innovation is limited to crowdsourcing, whereas open innovation combines multiple approaches, from ideation to precompetitive partnerships, and to multi-sectoral networking. Rather than specializing in a particular approach, we offer a personalized approach to your organization.
