The Institute is an eight-month program. Each year, between 15 and 20 women leaders from across Ohio, who have an interest in politics and public service and who meet a diverse range of criteria for participation, are selected to join the Institute's current class. Graduates of the Institute, which was founded in 2000, are part of an extensive network of Republican women, who serve as a resource to each other and as mentors for the next generation of Republican women.
