It all started with the pickle. I got sick and tired of all those pansy pickles out there so I decided to start experimenting and come up with my own pickle. After months of trial and error, I believe I have finally come up with that exceptional pickle. When you take that first bite, you taste a touch of dill and sweetness then POW! You get Sucker Punched with the spice and garlic. Once I perfected the pickle, I noticed another condiment in my fridge that was just too boring for me. Ketchup has been around a long time and it seems there has been no progress with trying to improve itâs taste so I set out to try and create a more flavorful ketchup with the perfect marriage of sweetness and, thatâs right, PUNCH!
