After creating and developing the Mama Shelter hotel group with success - which is entirely owned by Accor today - the Trigano family tackles another challenge. The challenge of imagining a hotel that is affordable, but that holds on to certain standards of luxury, like quality bed linen, for example. A hotel that, since its inception, takes into account sustainability issues, and relies on wood as the primary building material. A hotel that is, on top of all of this, smart and sexy. To overcome this challenge, Serge, Benjamin and Jérémie are once again working alongside Philippe Starck for the design and the Valode & Pistre architecture firm for the structure. The family raised €220 million euros with Atream, the leading fund specialised in tourism, to develop fifteen hotels, the first of which is set to open in 2025.
