O’Gorman Services, LLC is a research and big data analysis service that remotely provides data to our Business Partners (BPs) so that they may make informed staffing decisions. We do not provide staffing solutions, nor do we recruit employees. Instead, when a requirement is identified, we use a proprietary program to Gather, Identify, Form, and Test data (GIFT) before translating that data into understandable information that our BPs can use. This is done using an embedded and encrypted program to protect the data of individuals working in the Defense Industry. High Speed Data Mining of public sources has negated the need for our BPs to wait for Assets to present themselves. Our capabilities allow our BPs to target their resources in order to organically gather their own Assets. Real-Time diffusion of information to our virtual organization along with quantifiable performance metrics allows our BPs to verify that we are following their intent. As an option, we can make contact and coordinate with individual Assets on our BPs’ behalf in order to assign appointment times with BP organic HR staff. Our intent is to streamline our BPs’ hiring processes in order to help manage the multiple vacancy/multiple asset quagmire that most larger organizations experience.
