Ogle Properties is a dynamic, family owned investment company. We have invested in and managed commercial properties for over 30 years. Along with investing in our own portfolio, Ogle Properties provides leasing and property management services for a portfolio of over 2 million square feet of office and retail space. Most of our properties have been designed to accommodate the small to medium size office tenant who require 1,000 to 10,000 square feet. We provide the best service possible in order to maintain long-term business relationships with our tenants. An agreement for property management services is more than a business contract, it is a commitment from Ogle Properties to provide effective, responsible and reliable service to all our business associates. Our properties are located in Austin Texas and Cleveland Ohio. Our tenants are invited to review our tenant link for many common forms and we provide a link to our tenant portal, where you can review your lease and amendments, see your ledger balance and make your payment. Our office welcomes inquiries into our properties and space available in each our buildings.
