Restaurants can create time sensitive promotions that are pushed directly to our mobile users. This allows owners to adjust to demand in real time, promote a new entree, or even run specials on overstocked kale or shrimp. OffPeak is the result of three years of developing and refining educational food service mobile applications. This prior experience includes Eat at USC & Eat at UPenn, two student dining directories with thousands of downloads each.
