Off The Shelf Information

Small manufacturers are nimble and excel at creating differentiated products, but managing day-to-day operations can quickly become overwhelming. Balancing vendor negotiations, stock levels, lead times, and shipping schedules often distracts teams from their core mission: building products customers love. While spreadsheets quickly turn into crushing maintenance headaches and traditional MRP software is too rigid, expensive, and complex, Off the Shelf offers a modern, cloud-based solution tailored to the scale and fast pace of small manufacturing businesses. Off the Shelf captures the full lifecycle of your products, providing every team member with real-time visibility from any computer, tablet, or phone: • Complete Lifecycle Management: Track everything from Bills of Materials (BOM) and customer sales orders to material purchasing, production scheduling, and fulfillment. • Real-Time Synchronization: Keep production, sales, purchasing, and management teams aligned with instant access to inventory status and projected ship dates. • Barcode Scanning: Validate inventory quickly during receiving, picking, and fulfillment without manual data entry. Seamless Integrations: Connect directly with QuickBooks Online to link quotes and invoices with sales orders, bridging the gap between bookkeeping and production. Why Choose Off the Shelf? • Quick Onboarding: Implement and go live in days or weeks—not months—without expensive consultants. • Flexible & Cost-Effective: Adaptable to your specific workflows at a fraction of the cost of traditional MRP systems. • Built for Growth: Eliminate operational bottlenecks, hit shipping deadlines, and protect your profit margins.
