Odysseic is booking software for dive shops — built by divers, for the people who run the shops. Behind every dive is a booking, and for most dive centres that booking still happens across late-night WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs copied into a spreadsheet, and confirmations typed out by hand. Certifications get checked in person, deposits get chased, and an uncertified diver can still book a fun dive because no system stopped them. We built the platform we wished existed when we were the ones in the shop. With Odysseic, a dive centre can: • Take bookings everywhere — an embed widget on their own website, a branded hosted booking page, direct book-now links for Instagram and WhatsApp, plus manual entry for walk-ins and phone. • Get paid their way — full payment, a deposit, or pay-on-arrival, set per listing. Operators bring their own payment processor and funds settle directly to their account. We never hold the money. • Enforce their own rules — certifications, depths, experience levels, medical declarations and cancellation windows are checked at booking time, in the dive destination's timezone. • Run the whole shop from one dashboard — daily schedule, customers, repeat divers, policies, staff accounts and multi-location.
