The Seafood Shack Marina, Bar & Grill has been a Cortez landmark since 1971. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Cortez, Florida, The Seafood Shack is accessible by both land and sea. The Seafood Shack Marina was built on the sunny seaside of Cortez - a fishing village that was nicknamed “The Kitchen” by many residents for its wealth of fish, scallops and other delicious seafood. The marina is fully accommodating with 68 deep water and sailboat friendly slips. Boaters enjoy stunning sunsets off the Gulf Coast day after day. With the success of the marina came the desire for fresh seafood. In 1972, a 180-seat restaurant was added and The Seafood Shack Bar & Grill was born! The restaurant offers an exciting new menu featuring casual American cuisine with a Gulf Coastal seafood sensibility. With impressive new ownership and management, The Seafood Shack is better than ever. The Seafood Shack offers a private event space on the 2nd floor of the restaurant called The Neptune Room.
