OD Partner Information

We support leaders in executing changes. We focus on the goal as well as the people realizing it. We create the inspiration, consciousness and ability for improvement. Every project is a personal matter. For us too. We want to make an impact. OD Partner is an innovative professional organization. We are pursuing intensive research and development work and we support leaders and HR specialists with customized development programs. We work to unleash the capabilities and energies of people and organizations as fully as possible. We believe that efficient and successful daily work can also be enjoyable. We are best at supporting leaders, their teams and organizations who want to change to make change really happen. We think that OD Partner is our team itself. Primarily our current colleagues, but of course all of our previous colleagues have contributed to OD Partner becoming as it is now. We are also in change constantly and we give space to our staff's professional development ideas, and looking at the development of our environment and the challenges of our profession. From the beginning it was important for us to shape our profession outside of OD Partner as well: we organized conferences, meetups, inspirational meetings independently, and in cooperation with others.
