OCP aims to enhance work performance and home life by providing guidance and support services to both employees and employers. With over 25 years of experience in providing Employee Assistance Programme services, we provide confidential and professional counselling support to over 700 companies throughout New Zealand and Internationally. OCP provides support and confidence to all members of an organisation to help them perform to the best of their ability. We offer registered professionals to assist with personal and professional issues because we understand that often, the two can correlate. Sometimes it can be difficult to approach fellow colleagues or management about personal issues and for this reason, we provide guidance from trained Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Psychotherapists.
