The Multicultural Business Program (MBP) is a diverse, inclusive, and multicultural community led by students for students where they matter, belong, and with professional support are connected with resources to persist to graduation and beyond. Vision MBP envisions an Orfalea experience where all students are prepared for personal, academic, and professional success in a diverse and multicultural world. Mission MBP seeks to increase the enrollment, retention, and graduation of traditionally underserved, historically underrepresented, and marginalized students in higher education and business.
