OceanTech is a technology driven company with long experience and proven track record in the Splash Sone. We provide services in the difficult accessible Splash Zone which is defined as areas where divers and ROV’s have difficulty to work. Our Services include Cleaning, Inspection, Repair and Modification. OceanTech has taken over the Splash Zone division from PREZIOSO Linjebygg AS, including all technology, equipment, IP and know-how as previously provided by PREZIOSO Linjebygg and LBO. This also include a world-wide experience with working in the harsh and difficult accessible Splash Zone for the Aquaculture Industry, Oil and Gas, Offshore Wind and Transport and Maritime sector. The OceanTech team consists of personnel with long term multidiscipline track record for execution of remotely operated solutions for the Splash Zone. Our uniqueness is to be creative, open minded and innovative in our approach to whatever challenge the client gives us. All our Cleaning, Inspection, Repair and Modification solution for the Splash Zone and underwater are cost effective and avoid the need for any use of divers, ROV’s or support vessels. In addition to executing work at clients site with our in-house developed tools and techniques we also design and develop client specific tools and equipment either for sale or rental. We have our own Subsea Test Centre with a 130 meter long dry dock where we can facilitate and run all types of testing, both dry and wet. This for both internal and external customers. Full scale testing is one of the key success factors to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations at the site. This also gives our technicians real life training scenarios and the best insight to the equipment and task. We work closely with the University in Trondheim (NTNU) and the Research & Development environment where we can benefit from their expertise in implementing new technology.
