Oceanside Title was founded on the belief that excellent service combined with an intelligent and informed approach to resolving problems would create the seamless closing environment which clients expect and appreciate. A full service title insurance company, Oceanside Title and Escrow, Inc., was founded by Dottie Emmons Horne, whose experience ranged from purchasing and managing commercial real property to assisting local attorneys in real estate closings, to more than five years of successfully managing two underwriter-owned title insurance companies. Oceanside began doing business in September, 2002, at its location at 3501 Ocean Drive, Vero Beach. In 2004, Dottie was joined by Patricia Horn, who has been in the title insurance business since 1997, and prior to that was a legal assistant to a local attorney whose specialty is real estate law. Together, they offer knowledge, experience and professionalism to their clients and enjoy the distinction of consistently leading the county's independant title agents in total closings. In order to ensure that all title insurance requirements are met at closing, Oceanside Title offers the preparation of all documents relative to the real estate transaction. Using state-of-the-art title search and examination technologies and document preparation software, the company is able to offer a complete closing package at a very reasonable cost to the insured. In addition, the company occupies a comfortable, tastefully decorated office, created with the comfort of their clients uppermost in mind. Oceanside Title and Escrow, Inc. prides itself on its independence from controlled business relationships or affilliations which could be construed as conflicts of interest to the business of the company- the preparation and issuance of title insurance policies protecting property owners. Oceanside Title and Escrow, Inc. is a respected member of the American Land Title Association.
