Ocean Revival, a portuguese nonprofit organization, it’s a project that intents to transform the Algarve into a European destination of reference for the world wide underwater tourism. The strategy it’s to create an artificial reef structure, the Portuguese Navy Warships’ Underwater Park, by sinking four decommissioned Portuguese Navy Warships. This project is unique and certainly will be a distinctive factor to attract recreational diving practitioners from all over the world, creating in Algarve an exclusive new tourist attraction pole.
