Occusurv is a structured underwriting visibility and loss intelligence consultancy. We exist in the gap between what a conventional risk survey produces and what an underwriting decision actually requires. Most survey models are built around physical documentation and compliance reporting. They describe what is present on site. What they rarely do is translate site conditions into structured, weighted loss intelligence - the kind that tells an underwriter what will actually drive severity, whether the protection reality matches the protection assumption, and whether the underwriting position is defensible if a significant loss occurs. That is what Occusurv does. We specialize in realistic loss behaviour: ignition potential, fire spread dynamics, compartmentation integrity, protection reality, PML severity, and operational interruption exposure. Our assessments are structured to surface the loss drivers that conventional narrative reports routinely obscure - and to support underwriting decisions that can be defended before and after loss. We also address the post-survey visibility gap. A recommendation in a report does not reduce exposure. Only a verified, implemented improvement does. Occusurv's post-survey governance work maintains underwriting visibility beyond survey completion - tracking whether underwriting assumptions still reflect operational reality at renewal.
