Lindsay is an executive coach and strategist who specializes in showing professionals and workers how to own their careers as entrepreneurs own their businesses. The Occupreneur® Approach is tailored for professionals across the spectrum of their careers, from recent graduates to top executives. She supports businesses in accomplishing organizational change by reminding leaders that encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit can drive results to the bottom line. The success Lindsay has helped her clients achieve has made her an expert on issues of careers and employment. She has been a frequent guest on television and radio and has written for several media outlets. Before founding Occupreneur® LLC, Lindsay spent 15 years on Wall Street, including a seven-year stint with Goldman Sachs as a New York Stock Exchange floor broker and vice president, during the financial markets’ tumultuous period in the early 2000s. Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned her certified professional coach (CPC) certificate from the world-renowned Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
