Founded in 1969 by the late Owen O’Callaghan, O’Callaghan Properties is one of Ireland’s longest established property development and investment companies with commercial, retail and residential projects throughout Ireland and the UK. O’Callaghan Properties has completed over 5 million square feet of retail and office space in Dublin, London and Cork over the last 48 years. We have developed 14 shopping centres in Ireland and our flagship developments include Opera Lane and Half Moon Street in Cork city centre, Mahon Point Shopping Centre also in Cork City, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Dublin and 20 Grafton Street in Mayfair, London.
