O’Brien Engineering, Inc. (OEI) delivers high-performance engineering and architecture solutions for complex, mission-critical environments. Founded in 1987, OEI is an SDVOSB-certified, multidisciplinary A/E firm serving federal, municipal, and institutional clients nationwide and OCONUS. We partner with agencies including the DoW/DoD (Air Force, Space Force, USACE, Army), VA, DLA, and DHS to plan, design, and deliver facilities that must perform and be constructed in an active campus environment. Our integrated team provides full lifecycle services—architecture, engineering, environmental, and program management—supporting new construction, renovations, and infrastructure modernization.
