Objectif Emploi Information

Objectif Emploi and Filière employabilité offer a range of free complementary services for people who want to successfully integrate the labour market. The guidance counsellors and employment counsellors of our organizations accompany people in their career orientation process and in their employment integration process. Specialized services include career counselling, career choice validation, career assessment for people aged 45 and over, as well as career assessment for newcomers. These services, financed by Emploi-Québec, are provided by specialized guidance counselors. When it was created in 1993, Objectif emploi's mission was to respond to local needs, and it was aimed at clients aged 40 and over. Since then, its services have been offered to any person in the process of integrating into employment who is referred by Emploi-Québec, regardless of age. It is really about accompanying people, in their diversity, but also about allowing them to identify their professional objective and the means to achieve it.
