Oberlin Finance Club Information

The Oberlin Finance and Investment Club is a student-run investment fund that focuses on educating our members by exposing them to the field of active investment management. We are a long equity fund that employs our capital across different asset classes delivering absolute returns seeking to outperform industry standards. We aim to educate Oberlin students interested in finance, investing, and asset management by giving members the opportunity to: 1 - manage a real portfolio of investments 2 - contribute to investment proposals 3- attend investment-related workshops 4 -engage in discussions about finance and the financial industry 5 - attend investment and finance lectures given by Oberlin faculty, alumni and guest lecturers, and 6 -make finance accessible to marginalized groups We currently have $350,000 of assets under management.
