The Company’s platform provides an owner operated “Electric Vehicle Charging as a Service” (EVCaaS) business model at no cost to Host Customers, while providing conveniently located charging locations thatpromote the distributed Live/Work/Play/Learn sustainable lifestyle to their retail customers. Ultimately, the company is building a virtual distributed power plant based on EV batteries and charging assets. The company has developed a unique software solution set for Host Properties, and Charge Port Operators (CPO’s), with software under development to allow for cross platform integration, fleet operations and Vehicle to Grid (V2G) connectivity.
