OAR-JACC Information

OAR- Jefferson Area Community Corrections is dedicated to providing safe, evidence -based and cost effective alternatives to incarceration for Central Virginia. We provide pretrial investigation/supervision, community correction, specialty Courts and dockets, and reentry services. As a private nonprofit organization, we apply for and receive funding from federal, state and local governments, private foundations and local donations. We are pleased to receive funding from all 9 localities that we serve. (Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Goochland, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Nelson and Orange) Due to the threat of the COVID 19 virus, OAR will be limiting contact with the public. Please contact your case manager, probation officer or pretrial officer prior to reporting to the office.
